BASIC TRAINING
Our three day, BASIC training program sharpens aquatic skills and resilience utilizing our core training methods. Participants receive initial assessments, targeted coaching, skill-building exercises and medical training to boost physical abilities, mental toughness, and readiness for high-stakes scenarios.

All skills will be taught and developed throughout the Training
Drownproofing sequence:
5 minutes bobbing, 2 minutes floating, 100m travel, 5 front flips, 5 backflips
Rescue sequence: (Must be completed in under 10 minutes)
25m underwater, 100m freestyle swim, 2:30 minute hands-up tread, 100m freestyle swim, deep end subsurface recovery of unconscious victim - 25m contact tow with victim

Functional Swimming
Trains and strengthens proper swim techniques, including freestyle, combat side stroke, fin swimming, and lifesaving drills. This core training method supports participants understanding of recreational activities like triathlons, wind & water sports, and boating safety.
Unconventional Fitness
Focused weight training and pool sprints elevate stress responses, build resilience, and strengthen team dynamics with drills and scenarios. The program fosters individual strength, team building through joint pool drills, and equipment recommendations.
Water Confidence
Develops the ability to stay calm and perform under pressure by using breathwork, visualization, and targeted aquatic drills to enhance control in high-stakes environments. Drills support confidence and stress inoculation, ensuring 100% application to real-world performance.
